Privacy Policy

Effective 05 September 2026. This policy covers the Fledge Partner Portal on web and Flutter.

Plain-language summary

Fledge uses partner data to authenticate authorised users, publish and moderate housing supply, connect leads, protect contact and address details, deliver notifications, and run advertising and payment flows. Public visibility and sensitive actions are described below.

1. Partner account and access data

We process account identifiers, display name, email address, phone number, authentication credentials or provider identifiers, partner roles and permissions, advertiser membership, verification status, device or session information, push tokens, and security or audit events. Google or OTP sign-in can involve the relevant identity provider; Fledge does not receive a Google password.

2. Property, listing, and operations data

We process property names, exact and approximate locations, units, listing descriptions, rent and availability, amenities, media, managers, moderation results, maintenance details, and changes made by authorised partner members. Exact property addresses are stored separately with access controls; public discovery receives an approximate location.

3. Leads, chat, and contact sharing

We process interests, leads, conversations, messages, attachments, delivery or read status, blocks, reports, listing contact preferences, contact requests and grants, and fallback contacts. Direct contact is hidden from public cards and is revealed only through the applicable chat, approval, expiry, and view-limit flow shown in the product.

Revoking a grant prevents later retrieval through Fledge, but it cannot remove information another person already viewed, copied, or stored outside the service.

4. Advertising and payments

If you use advertising, we process advertiser profile and member details, creatives, targeting choices, inventory, quotes, coupons, campaign status, amendments, cancellation, delivery and analytics, invoices, and payment or refund identifiers. Checkout is handled by Razorpay. Fledge receives transaction details needed for confirmation and reconciliation, not full card credentials.

5. Moderation and verification

Text, images, documents, and activity signals may be checked automatically and, where needed, by authorised reviewers for unsafe material, contact details, QR codes, misleading promotions, duplicates, fraud, or verification evidence. A listing can remain unpublished, be limited, or be removed when checks fail. A badge or moderation pass is not a guarantee of ownership, condition, legality, identity, or future conduct.

6. How we use and disclose data

We use data to operate the portal, enforce role-based access, publish authorised content, route leads and messages, manage contact permissions, send requested notifications, process payments, measure campaign delivery, prevent abuse, support users, and comply with law. We disclose data to customers through the visibility settings and actions you choose, to authorised members of your partner organisation, to service providers operating Fledge, or where reasonably required for law, safety, disputes, or fraud prevention.

7. Service providers

Fledge uses providers for Google sign-in, Firebase phone authentication and notifications, Razorpay checkout, email delivery, maps, hosting, storage, realtime communication, and monitoring. These providers process the information needed to perform their service under their own terms and privacy policies.

8. Retention and security

We retain information while the account, organisation, property, listing, campaign, or transaction is active and for the period needed to provide the service, preserve security and audit history, settle payments, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain backups, or satisfy legal requirements. Sensitive contact details and exact addresses use restricted storage and access controls. No online service can promise absolute security.

9. Account deletion and your choices

The portal's Delete account action marks the user account deleted and revokes active sessions immediately. It does not mean every property, organisation, campaign, payment, dispute, backup, or audit record is erased at the same moment. Before confirmation, the screen explains that access ends immediately and that retained records continue under this policy. Contact support to request access, correction, or erasure beyond the in-product controls.

10. Contact and changes

Privacy questions or requests can be sent to support@fledge.nearestz.com. We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change; the effective date above identifies the current version.
