Terms of Service

Effective 05 September 2026. These terms apply to use of the Fledge Partner Portal on web and Flutter.

Partner responsibility

You publish and manage housing or advertising content on behalf of yourself or an organisation. You must have authority to do so and must keep public information accurate. Fledge is the marketplace and communication service, not the owner, landlord, broker, guarantor, or escrow for a housing transaction.

1. Accepting these terms

By signing in or using the Partner Portal, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind and manage information for that organisation.

2. Accounts, roles, and members

Keep sign-in methods and devices secure. Assign advertiser or property access only to people who need it, review member permissions, and revoke sessions or access promptly when responsibilities change. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person, or bypass role-based access controls.

3. Properties and listings

You are responsible for having the right to list and manage each property. Property, address, rent, deposit, availability, amenity, media, occupancy, and manager information must be lawful, current, and not misleading. Closing or marking a listing unavailable changes customer visibility; it does not automatically resolve an agreement made outside Fledge.

4. Content and moderation

Do not submit unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, explicit, unsafe, infringing, duplicate, or deceptive content. Do not place QR codes or direct phone, email, social-handle, or WhatsApp details in public media to bypass protected contact sharing. Fledge may use automated checks and authorised review, reject publication, request changes, limit reach, remove content, or suspend access. A moderation pass or badge is not a legal or quality guarantee.

5. Leads, chat, and contact details

Use lead and messaging information only to respond to the relevant housing request. Do not scrape, resell, spam, harass, or use customer data for unrelated marketing. Contact details may be revealed only through the configured request, approval, fallback-contact, expiry, and view-limit flow. Revocation blocks future retrieval but cannot erase details already viewed.

6. Advertising campaigns

Campaign inventory, targeting, dates, price, taxes, coupon effects, creative, delivery, amendment, cancellation, and refund eligibility are determined by the quote and confirmation shown for that action. Review them before payment or confirmation. Sponsored placement does not verify a listing, guarantee impressions or leads beyond an expressly stated commitment, or guarantee a housing outcome.

7. Payments and donations

Checkout may be handled by Razorpay or another disclosed provider. You authorise the amount and recurrence shown before confirmation. Do not close the checkout until the portal reports the final result. A donation supports Fledge and does not purchase ranking, verification, campaign inventory, priority support, or favourable moderation.

8. Safety, maintenance, and agreements

Respond responsibly to safety and maintenance issues routed through the platform. Fledge does not inspect every property or become a party to a lease, licence, deposit, refund, or other agreement between partners and customers. Complete appropriate identity, ownership, condition, compliance, and payment checks independently.

9. Prohibited use and enforcement

Do not attack, overload, reverse engineer, automate unauthorised access to, or bypass Fledge security, moderation, rate limits, billing, or permissions. We may restrict content, campaigns, members, features, or accounts to enforce these terms, investigate risk, protect users, or comply with law.

10. Account deletion

Confirming Delete account immediately marks that user account deleted and revokes its active sessions. It does not instantly erase every organisation, property, campaign, payment, dispute, backup, or audit record. Those records follow the retention rules in the Privacy Policy. Make sure another authorised member can manage shared resources before deleting access.

11. Availability and liability

The portal is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Fledge does not guarantee uninterrupted service, publication, customer conduct, a lead, a booking, payment by another person, or completion of a transaction, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from user content or an agreement outside Fledge. Rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms or the service. Material changes will be communicated where required, and the effective date identifies the current version. Questions can be sent to support@fledge.nearestz.com.
